One needs to master the technique how to use sodium while preparing food in a balance way so that it doesn’t overpower other flavors.

As per health experts, people with high blood pressure must reduce high-salt intake on a regular basis for the reason that its excess may even develop various problems like thinning of bones or osteoporosis, obesity, coronary heart disease, gastric ulcers, kidney stones, endolymphatic hydrops, diabetes, stomach cancer, vascular dementia and water retention.

Salty foods can even intensify symptoms of Asthma. To get rid of these serious health issues, one should try consuming maximum of 6g salt per day and avoid having prepackaged foods, they added further.
