paitentsNew Delhi, Tuesday, July 29 – Mosquito menace has augmented in the national capital, leaving the mob in a state of worry. People are left with no option other than to have uninterrupted sleep at night. More than a few colonies in Delhi have been experiencing randomly rising of mosquitoes due to standing water in small pits, basement, tyres and so on.

Lack of cleanliness on a regular basis is also responsible for making them suffer from diseases like cholera, dengue fever, and malaria. The terror of viral diseases for instance yellow fever and chikungunya forced the masses to use mosquito nets and repellants even if they are indoors. A few cases of encephalitis have lately been reported too.

In order to avoid mosquito bites, people must ensure cleanliness at every corner of their house. Beside this, they must cover themselves from head to toe with a soft sheet while taking a sound nap. If symptoms like red eyes, vomiting, pain at the back, unbearable headache and muscle aches are observed, then a doctor must be consulted as soon as possible, said health experts.
