Amitabh Bachchan Starrer ‘Yudh’ on Aired; Miniseries Likely to Grab Eyeballs

yudhNew Delhi, Tuesday, July 15 – ‘Yudh’, one of the keenly awaited TV serials, finally on aired on Monday, July 14, replacing Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar starrer ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hain’. Having big names like Kay Kay Menon, Tigmanshu Dhulia, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ fame Nawazuddin Siddiqui and gorgeous Sarika, along with Ayesha Raza, Pavail Gulati, Mona Wasu, Aahana Kumra, Zakir Hussain, in the program, audience were glued to their TV screens the earlier day to understand the plot.

If truth be told everyone was eager to see Big B’s debut on the small screen. The telecast timing of the program is 10:30 to 11: 30 pm which is getting mixed responses from the audience. On one hand, a few among them are okay with the time as they are back to home late at night, however, some complain about late slot as it is not going to be easy for them to be awaken by that time and follow how the entire story goes further and what will be the twist and turns in the coming episodes.

‘Yudh’ will be shown on Sony Entertainment Television for almost three months as it is a program having only 20 episodes. Mayanak Amitabh Bachchan has given a depth to the fictional character of Yudhisthir Sikarwar. If recent views from the audience are to be mentioned then efforts of Ribhu Dasgupta, Anurag Kashyap and Shoojit Sircar will make this serial to be remembered for a long time and may motivate other directors and creative teams to bring good concept out on the platform instead of extending boring stories for years to come.
